Fruit Cake Is A Good Thing!
I was thrilled when I found that I could order od-fashioned Jane Parker fruit cakes for the holiday. I got me one and also sent them as gifts. They are perfection! Keep them coming. Thank you!

You gotta lov'em
First, start out with the fact that fruitcake is not my thing (nor my brother's, nor my husband's, nor my son's), but I buy these for my mother and my aunt. Every year, as soon as her thoughts turn to the holidays, my mother starts reminding me to check my A&P market to make sure to buy 3 fruitcakes.
This year I could not find them in the market, but found out they were available online through Amazon.com. This was even better! I could buy them and have them shipped to Mom, and I would not have to remember, store, and schlep around these fruitcakes (because they are hefty).
Mom's happy. The Jane Parker fruitcakes are consistent in their quality and it is a nice link to the holiday celebrations of Mom's infanthood.

Like Old Times
We always enjoyed Jane Parker Fruit Cakes at our house during the holidays when the A&P was in the Michigan Area. It was like old times this Christmas after being able to get it on the internet. It was delicious.
