Great Coffee substitute!!
Most authentic "coffee taste" of the many coffee substitutes I have tried. This product dissolves well and makes a great ice-"coffee"!! Love it and will order it again and again.
One note about shipping...Two of the six jars I received in my first shipment were broken. I contacted Amazon via e-mail and asked what I could do to get replacement jars. They graciously sent me another case, free of charge and 2 day shipping! Very satisfied!!!

NOT Organic
I drank and loved Oskri Barley Coffee for years. It has the mellowest flavor, dissolves easily, and is a good one-to-one replacement for instant coffee in recipes like cold noodles with sesame sauce or gingerbread.
However - Oskri Barley Coffee, though it is made by Oskri ORGANICS, is no longer organic. There is no organic logo on the label and I called the company to confirm it. I don't know why, and hopefully it will be again. If you only buy organic, don't buy this.

better than coffee, best barley on the market
I've tried many of the instant barley coffee subs, and the Oskri is the best. Dark and rich, full of flavor. Sweeten it with a little Stevia powder for a yummy morning treat. Sprinkle in a bit of carob powder for a mocha treat.
