Much better than rice pasta
Since I found out I'm gluten intolerant, I've been missing pasta. I don't like the consistency of rice pasta, so I needed to find something. This pasta really feels like wheat pasta. It's a little odd at first because it very much tastes like corn, but it's not a bad flavor, and it's masked by sauces.
