Great Virginia peanuts with just a hint of salt
I don't know why, but I was expecting the blister type peanuts which I've purchased in the past from several vendors like Hub and Trader Joe's. When I opened my first can this morning, I was taken aback and a little disappointed at the sight of very large smooth peanuts which looked just like skinned peanuts with the shells removed. I put some in a little plastic container, then placed the HUGE 40 oz can in the refrigerator and set off for work with the half cup or so. Because I was stuck in traffic, hungry, and fidgety, I decided to dig into my briefcase and break open the container, and I was so very glad. Expecting the dry crunch of the blister peanuts I had been visualizing, my first reaction was that these peanuts tasted like PEANUTS with nothing other than a hint of salt enhancing their flavor. I felt no salt on my fingers, tasted no salt granules on my tongue or teeth, and enjoyed the crunchy peanuts. My fingers weren't covered in oil, so I could grip the steering wheel without searching for a towel. It made my drive more enjoyable and kept my stomach rumblings to a minimum for the 45 additional minutes in the car. When I got to work, I shared the peanuts with a few colleagues who agreed that these are delicious and could definitely be complemented by a beverage of choice. Although I purchased these on one of Amazon's fantastic super reduced price offerings, my only regret is that I brought some into work today. Tomorrow, I'm expected to bring in the entire can. Amazon, please offer these again at a blow-out price!

Really BIG great tasting peanuts with low salt and no yeast!
I am really happy I took a chance on these nuts, they taste geat do not have a lot of salt, roasted with peanut oil as opposed to rapeseed oil or some other cheap oil, but most importantly there is no yeast. Look at the label on many other nuts and you'll see that they have yeast along with the salt and oils. The container is very big however, but they went quickly at a little party I had and I am now going to order a second container.
