This stuff is the worst
Tastes like soap. The flavored ones are pretty bad, too; but this one is the worst. Terrible, terrible product.

Habit forming !
Since being introduced to this product last May I have been enoying it. I have substituted it for carbonated drinks. It's low in sodium and high in potassium, no fat , low in calories. Slightly sweet. Great for rehydtation after a work out!! A little pricey but I love it.

refreshing
I have tried other coconut water products that have a slightly fresher and sweeter taste, but this one is more affordable. Good product, just slightly more "prosessed" tasting than some of the more expensive ones.
