Customer reviews for 'Rocamojo The Original Soy Beverage with Mocha Flavor, 16-Ounce Can (Pack of 3)'

minimizing caffeine, maximizing chocolate

Rocamojo The Original Soy Beverage with Mocha Flavor is a favorite of mine. I use it to mix with Rocamojo half coffee, half soy, also a favorite. That is, one rounded spoon of "coffee" and one scan spoonful of Soy with Mocha, together in a French press, makes a wonderful drink that satisfies my coffee cravings and at the same time minimizes the caffeine intake.

\Tried to lower my cafein intake

I tried using this in place of my regular coffee but did not find the taste to be anything like coffee. So I am now only using it in order to finish it, for I bought three containers of it. It is not very tasteful and certainly does not taste coffee like.

Better than the original, but still not great

I've tried the 100% Soy version and this version (which I actually ordered first by mistake). I like this flavor better than the original, but I can't say that I really like this one either. It's not horrible, but I won't be buying any more of this. It's advertised as having a "coffee-like" taste, but I disagree. I don't think that it tastes anything like coffee. Also, when brewing in a drip-coffee maker, it does not drain as quickly as regular coffee and has caused my coffee maker to overflow. So, chunks of the grind get into the pot. I don't recommend this.
