Only the best!
Coombs Maple Syrup has such a rich and pure maple flavor! I don't know if I'll ever get such a good deal on this syrup again, so I use it sparingly. It tastes delicious on waffles, pancakes, and mixed with plain yogart. A little goes a long ways.

Coombs is the number one Maple syrup in our house
I think Coombs has a superior flavor to the competition. In the Maple business I believe there is a process that uses bubbling when you boil down the Maple syrup. Bubbling allows unscrupulous manufacturers to put lower grades Maple syrup into a bottle because the syrup won't look as dark but the poor flavor of the commercial grade comes through.(commercial grade is the lowest grade of Maple syrup and should not be for sale to the consumer hence its name) Maple manufacturers then try to cut the syrup with Maple of the correct grade and hope the consumer doesn't notice the taste difference. I like to support companies that do things the right way and provide excellent tasting Maple syrup.

Best tasting; rich flavor
This has long been a favorite - it's organic, pure maple syrup. Strong flavor - not watered down. Great for pancakes and for baking.
Higher price? Well, the cost of shipping everything has sky rocketed. Processing costs go up as well. Family farms have higher fuel costs for harvesting as well as processing from raw-to-refined. Labor costs also go up. Free shipping also costs someone money. And consider the weird weather the whole country has been experiencing this year.
Use less, waste less.
