Good taste -- too much brown sugar
As a Type II diabetic, I ordered a batch of this to keep in my brief case and office for a high-protein, low carbohydrate snack once a day.
While the flavor is very good -- smokey, beefy and sweet -- and the texture is chewy but not tough, it doesn't fill my needs.
As another reviewer noted, brown sugar is the second listed ingredient and it does include MSG, which I'd rather do without. However, sugars are 6 grams of a 28 gram serving, so I will look for a product that is lower in sugar. If you don't have this concern, then I think it's an excellent value and a tasty snack.
Finely chopped and mixed with some cream cheese, spices, herbs, and chopped onion, it will make a nice party dip, I think.

This is the best jerky!
I have to have this shipped to the states then my mother ships it to me in Germany. It's worth the wait. I just wish it could be shipped to an APO.

Very good
Not perfect, but very good jerky at a very good price. Can't wait to try the "hot and spicy" next.
