Bry's is the best
Very good GF bread. Makes great croƻtons. It doesn't freeze well for more than a week so maybe it's not something you can stock up on but very good all the smae.

Great for French Toast, not much else
This bread makes fantastic French Toast. But it is very crumbly when taken out of the package. Must be toasted to be edible, but most purchased gluten free breads have the same problem. One of my loaves had a failed vacuum seal, but Gluten Solutions agreed to send me a replacement even though I bought it from Amazon. They don't print any "baked on" or "use by" date on the package, which I think is odd, and called the company to ask why. Answer was that it's good for a year unopened. But when does the year start?

Best I've tried
This is the best GF bread I have ever tried. I'm happy that Amazon started carrying it. Almost as good as regular. My daughter loves it for peanut butter & jelly. Best served toasted!
