Consistent product!
I have purchased this product for at least 40 years. I peel, cube up, and cook 2 or 3 large potatoes and add to them a tablespoon of dry minced onions (or fresh onions). Let the dry onion reconsitute in the moisture from the potatoes. Add to the potatoes and onion...the corned beef that has been pulled apart and some pepper. Heat all thoroughly (microwave). Serve with a green vegetable and top the hash with catsup. Yummmmm

Corned beef BUT
I love the idea of stocking up for snowed in days. Corned beef is a great way to keep meat on hand.
As one other reviewer said: the packing was terrible. Loose cans all dented up.
AMAZON: pack it like you do all your other stuff. Put in bubble wrap!!!
