You'll really like this natural banana concentrate.
This flavor came highly recommended. And then we used it and loved it. It's a potent, natural flavor with no "tinny" overtones. In a banana bread or muffin, it does not alter the natural flavor of the bananas, just strengthens it.
At first we thought it was too expensive but once we used it, we liked it better than our extracts--and the price per ounce was about the same. And concentrates do sell for more than extracts.
