Instead of 16 grams of fat per (32 gram) serving, Better 'n Peanut Butter delivers less than 3 grams of fat per serving and qualifies as a low fat food by USFDA standards. Better'n Peanut Butter Chocolate is truly a one of a kind peanut spread that is rich and creamy with a great chocolate flavor and has 85% less fat and 40% fewer calories than regular peanut butter. It's the only low fat, low calorie, diet chocolate spread of it's kind and it's really delicious. Ingredients: Peanuts (as de-fatted peanut flour, peanut butter and natural peanut oils), tapioca syrup, rice syrup, vegetable glycerin, dehydrated cane juice, cocoa, chocolate, natural colors and flavors, salt, calcium carbonate, lecithin, tocopherol (vitamin E), sodium ascorbate (vitamin C). Chocolate peanut butter - Heaven!!

I am on weight watchers and this was a heavenly find. Chocolat peanut butter and you can eat out of the jar and not use up too many points, it taste great on bread, graham crackers (makes great graham crackers sandwiches) let it soften up a bit and put on ice cream. A wonderful product!
