Absolutely terrific!
My husband and I are really not too fond of packaged meals but I thought I would give this a try. What a delightful meal. The rice is exceptional and the sauce is just perfect. Did add a few more cashews of my own but overall this is a five star meal. And buying it at Amazon is so much more affordable than the $6.00 charge at the supermarket. Thank you General Mills!!!! Thank you Amazon too!

Delightful flavor and fun to cook
Wanchai Ferry meals make cooking authentic Chinese in your own home very easy. Not to mention it tastes great.
The cashews in this kit are nice and crisp adding an element of crispness to the texture. The sauce is almost perfect. For those that like a little bit of spice you might want to add a tiny amount of crushed red chile...but overall a very delightful meal indeed. Easily rivals the quality of Chinese food in a restaurant, and definitely surpasses those cheap fake "Chinese" buffets.
Try Wanchai Ferry, I think you'll be surprised!

easy to make and tastes great
I bought this because I was so satified with the garlic chicken. This is just as good. Simple to make - add some fresh veggies and you have a perfect meal all in one wok or pan. Break out the chop sitcks and dig in.
