Best value in Protein Powders for now!
I have been using protein powders for only about a year now, and I've tried several brands. I started with store brands, and didn't like them much. ON Gold Standard was the most recent one I tried, and I'm quite satisfied with the quality and price. First, with "Subscribe and Save", I got it for about $7/lb (no tax), which is the best price I've found online and in-store for high quality protein powder. This powder has the features I'm looking for: fast & slow digesting protein, lactase (I'm lactose intolerant) and tastes good. The best feature IMO though is that among the other protein powders, this has very low cholesterol, which is a concern for me.
I have been previously using BSN Syntha-6, which honestly tastes better and mixes easily with a spoon. The problem I faced with ON is that it does not blend as well with a spoon, and you really need a blender for good results. Still, for now I'll stick with the brand.

MUCH more expensive than the price indicates
I've had to buy an entire new wardrobe due to how swole I've become after using this fabulous product. However, this was marginal compared to the cost of rehabbing my house to expand doorways that my incredibly muscular bulk can no longer fit through.
