Delicious for a shortcut recipe!
I really like this product a LOT, and though for my taste it is a bit too spicy. I consider this is my BEST "find" for this year! I keep this stocked in my pantry all year-round! I find this product is a great base for a very nourishing meal shortcut. So, if you're not into spicy food like me, use two of the packets as a base and add one 14 oz. container of chicken stock, add a cup of cut potatoes (I use the plain Ore Ida hash brown cubed potatoes from the frozen food section of the market) and add one small can of kidney beans and finely chopped carrots and celery and slow simmer for about 45 minutes (or use a fuzzy logic rice cooker on the soup setting if you have one) and you'll have an incredibly easy & hearty meal good for 2 large or 4 smaller bowls. Add to it a loaf of crusty bread, some wine, and Fontina or other favorite cheese and you'll be healthfully well-fed!

Mmmm...mmmmm.....Madras Lentils!!!
While visiting my family, my sister gave me a bunch of food, and shoved a box of madras lentils in my hands. Indian food is good and all, but I was never a big fan of beans. I went ahead and took it anyway. One night I had nothing in my cupboard, so I went ahead and gave it a try. Boy was I glad that actually I had. As soon as I took my first bite I was flabbergasted that I was actually eating beans--and loving every bite of it. It has just the right amount of spices. It's so creamy and scrumptious. Tasty bite is quite a good description of how delicious this meal truly is. If you like Indian food and lentils, I would recommend this dish. You don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy this. This Indian food does not mess around. Hell, it tastes better than meals I've tried at authentic Indian restaurants. Buy it! You won't regret it.

Oh, It's Yummy!
This is a great tasting product! It's not too high in fat, either. Does kind of taste like coney sauce--but not exactly. I absolutely LOVE it! My non-vegetarian husband also likes it. You won't be disappointed if you order this. I will definitely be reordering.
