Great Taste And Texture
I love this product and it's very tasteful with a great texture. The only downside is that it does have to be refrigerated and eaten soon after opening so it's a trade off on taste versus dryness. Otherwise it's an outstanding product and I have enjoyed eating it for years.

Gary West Meats "cut no corners?"
Before I got this meat, I was under the impression that is was a sincere, nice seller of quality buffalo. The first three ingredients of this buffalo product are buffalo, brown sugar, & beef. The package says in little letters, "[BEEF ADDED]." I didn't expect cow. Since I can't eat cow, this is a total waste for me. Ripoff.
The Amazon page for this stuff calls it buffalo steak, & all I expected was buffalo. It doesn't come in a classy sack like the page shows, either. I didn't expect them to sell it in a sack like that, but you could sell it in a sack if you portrayed it in one & were honest.
